Sheltered by the surrounding buildings, a space with a unique character emerges. Arcade-style entrances, the harmonious contrast between brickwork and steel, and a rooftop garden create spaces for socializing, inspiration, and moments of relaxation.
Where mailbags were once made to collect and transport letters, sheltered spaces with a unique, tranquil atmosphere now unfold. Away from the hustle and bustle of the urban environment, a place is emerging here that conveys a sense of security while radiating openness. With its clear structure and open passageways, the generously designed entrance area is reminiscent of classic arcades and creates a grand entrance for visitors and users.
The materials used play a decisive role in shaping the building’s character: masonry and steel engage in a dynamic yet harmonious dialogue. The masonry conveys warmth, substance, and a connection to architectural history, while the steel structure stands for precision, lightness, and modern dynamism. Together, they create an architecture that unites stability and progress.
Above the buildings, another special space opens up: the rooftop garden. It expands the building’s potential uses and offers space for encounters, interaction, or quiet moments outdoors.
Here, small retreats emerge that invite visitors to linger and offer views of the surrounding area—a green respite from urban life and a place where work, inspiration, and relaxation come into harmony.
