The listed ensemble of the historic Postbahnhof is the focal point and inspiration for the innovative NEW WORK STATION. High-quality and timelessly beautiful offices are being created in the iconic, prominent building.

The characteristics of the Postbahnhof with the old tracks, the steel girders and Märkische brick Gothic characterize the charm of this new corporate world.

The substance of the site and the building is stable and good, the structure remains, even the old conveyor belt as a link between the "Abgangspackkammer" and "Eingangspackkammer" is retained.

HISTORICAL AREA RETHOUGHT

The building is located directly on the rails and therefore used to function as the "Abgangspackkammer" – the place from which parcels were delivered all over the world. The former "Hammer" is directly adjacent to Building A and closes off the courtyard of the station ensemble to the east.

If you cross the courtyard, you will come across the building, which used to be called "Beutel" by the employees. The almost square building stands free and lies protected between the other buildings. The all-round view over the recessed windows opens up a 360-degree view of a piece of ancient history.
