The
Abgangspackkammer
This section of the building impresses with its iconic, pioneering architecture—complex and multifaceted. Light and air flow freely into the soaring spaces of the ground floor. The standard floors are designed with a focus on functionality for modern work environments.
The ground floor of the Abgangspackkammer impressively combines historic architecture with the demands of modern work environments. Iconic arched windows, expansive windows, and impressive ceiling heights create an atmosphere of spaciousness, light, and openness—a place that inspires and fosters a sense of identity.
Spanning approximately 2,178 m² of office space, an exceptional work environment is being created for focused work and creative exchange. The space is complemented by approximately 160 m² of open-office areas, which enable a variety of usage scenarios.
The directly connected outdoor spaces are particularly distinctive: a 408-square-meter terrace and a sheltered 91-square-meter patio extend the workspace outdoors and enhance the quality of the environment for breaks, meetings, and informal gatherings.
The exemplary design offers potential for up to 113 permanent workstations as well as around 70 flexible workstations. As the last available unit in the Abgangspackkammer—whose upper floors are already fully leased—the ground floor offers a rare opportunity to become part of this special complex.
