OFFICE BECOMES
CLIMATE-FRIENDLY
The office buildings of tomorrow are green oases and contribute to making cities more climate-friendly through innovative sustainability concepts. Our focus: preserving the old and transferring it into a beautiful future in a resource-saving way.
SUSTAINABLE –
GREEN, GENTLE, BEAUTIFUL
The commitment to sustainability must not be lip service. All actions taken today, all materials used today, all decisions made today must have a positive impact on our future lives and our environment – including in the workplace. The real estate industry can make a great contribution here by considering the preservation of the environment and the needs of people.
We therefore see the integration of ESG criteria and the mandatory implementation of the Taxonomy Regulation as an opportunity to tackle the major challenges posed by climate change. We work according to sustainable standards for a modern, low-emission and durable building. The concepts for energy and water supply as well as the selection of building materials follow ecological criteria. The same applies to the high-quality interior design and the appealing design of the outdoor areas. Sustainable at all levels also means sustainable beauty.
An important approach to more sustainability also lies in the revitalization, modernization, and energetic renovation of this valuable existing property into a contemporary and timelessly beautiful office quarter. We want to transfer the quality of the substance and the historical significance of the building into modernity, to bridge the gap between the generations who shape the future on the strong foundation of the past. At the same time, we use valuable resources by working with the existing materials and building on the existing building structures.
Sustainable and climate-friendly management must be measurable and comparable. Therefore, the NEW WORK STATION also strives for certification with the BREEAM In-Use Standard, the internationally recognized certificate for a sustainable real estate industry.
